Job Overview The Welding Technician – Assembly Maintenance provides hands-on technical welding and maintenance support to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality welding operations while minimizing equipment downtime and supporting continuous improvement in assembly production. Roles & Responsibilities Support safety, quality, and productivity by following all plant safety rules, LOTO procedures, and Magna/Kamtek standards. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot resistance and MIG welding equipment, including weld tips, tooling, fixtures, and weld schedules. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on welding equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize downtime. Program and adjust welding and stepper programs; document changes per Kamtek standards.…
