The Quality Technician is responsible for the administrative activities associated with processing warranty claims and resolving customers' concerns on product failures. You Will: NOTE: This person will be located in the South Carolina area reporting to Elkhart site location May be stationed at a specific customer for extended periods of time during new product launches etc. Service/repair/replace HVAC systems on buses when required Work closely with the Valeo TCV (Thermal Commercial Vehicles) Engineering and Quality teams to address customer concerns Perform Quick Response Quality Control process to support continuous improvement Initiatives.…
