The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment used in production operations. This role ensures equipment reliability, maximizes production uptime, and supports safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes while adhering to all safety, environmental, and operational standards. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Conducts routine inspections and condition assessments to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur. Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system malfunctions using appropriate diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.…
