The Field Service Engineer I/II - Calibration Technician performs Calibrations/Qualifications, Preventative Maintenance and Repairs on pipettes and various types of small laboratory instrumentation. Responsibilities Perform calibration/qualification and preventative maintenance in the lab on single channel and multi-channel pipettes. Travel to customer sites to perform pipette calibrations and PM’s as necessary. Perform troubleshooting and repair of various types of small laboratory equipment both in the field and in the lab. Manage personal parts inventory effectively. Provide feedback to Manager regarding any issue impacting service delivery, particularly issues impacting turnaround times. Complete administrative paperwork and reports promptly and accurately.…
