You’re the calm in the chaos, the safe place, the one who celebrates every tiny milestone like it’s the biggest win of the day. A typical day includes: Snuggles, smiles, and yes… the occasional outfit change (yours and theirs) Creating a nurturing, safe, and loving environment Tracking feedings, naps, and milestones like a pro Talking, singing, and engaging—even when they can’t talk back yet Building strong relationships with families (this one matters A LOT) We’re looking for someone who can lead with confidence, patience, and heart—while still jumping in and being part of a strong, supportive team.…
