EXPECTATIONS Arrive at school by 8:10 a.m. Attend professional development, including summer onboarding. Track and analyze student data regularly and attend team meetings. Fulfill all expectations outlined in the KIPP Employee Handbook. Pass a criminal background check as required by law. Provide time in the evening, by phone, for questions and concerns that students and/or families may have regarding education-related issues that could not be handled during the school day Maintain open and effective communication with all staff, contributing to a collaborative/ supportive work environment.
