POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a passionate high school English teacher to lead Advanced Placement (AP) English Language Arts courses. KIPP Indy AP teachers are responsible for delivering effective instruction that prepares students for success on the AP exams and beyond, fostering critical thinking and strong writing skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, develop, and deliver rigorous AP English Language and Composition instruction aligned with Indiana Academic Standards, College Board course requirements, and the AP English Language and Composition Course and Exam Description. Develop students’ ability to analyze complex nonfiction texts, evaluate rhetorical choices, construct evidence-based arguments, and synthesize information from multiple sources.…
