The Burn-in Test Development Department develops Burn-in test programs to support Burn-in test/QC test, which supports all products ready for release and shipping. This department also develops test programs for NPI (New Product Introduction) test, which is used for testing new platform designs, prior to production. Responsibilities: QA test on Burn-in test program itself, make sure test program is stable/functional, maintenance test doc. Setting up environment, performing debug testing, reproducing and verification with different product model R&D developer team. Perform NPI QC testing on FGT model with Burn-in test program. Designing and writing new test case, test specification, for new NPI device model, to confirm whatever hardware/software/firmware of product are good.…
