As Manager, Software Development, you’ll be the hands-on leader of OnLogic’s software development strategy and a global team of about 10 engineers who build applications our business and customers run on. You’ll set how the team builds with AI, from coding tools to agentic systems, and be the leader engineers learn from. You’ll ensure our team of software developers can achieve their highest potential, raising the bar on speed and quality while delivering measurable business results. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration and the benefits of a strong workplace community. As a member of our IT leadership team, this role requires an onsite presence at our South Burlington, VT or Cary, NC office.
