Service Engineering Manager __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, manage, and maintain technical documentation that supports Field Service Technicians working on Critical Power Products. Each day, you will ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and global standardization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain technical documentation including Method of Procedures (MOPs), Field Procedures (FPs), and related technical manuals for Field Service Technicians. Manage document control processes including ISO folder organization, document ID issuance, version control, and systematic filing within the document management system (DMS).…
