YOUR CHARTER This is a hands-on, entry-level role built for aspiring engineers and manufacturing professionals with a real passion for sewing, textiles, and elastomers—and who want to learn the craft of softgoods from the people who do it best. Working alongside our engineers and designers, you'll cut, bond, sew, and assemble the prototypes, samples, and fixtures that carry our touch-facing components from idea to reality—building the fundamentals of fabrication, measurement, and assembly that every strong engineer relies on. You'll start by executing to spec, then take on more as your skills sharpen, with mentorship and a clear path toward an engineering or manufacturing track.…
