The Plant Manufacturing Engineering organisation ensures that plant assets and tooling are employed with the latest, up to date technology in a plant operation, through an environment fully utilising continuous improvement techniques. The position holder is accountable for leading and managing the NCP team, maintaining production performance and to deliver improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of Kinston site plant and machinery. There will be a strong focus on identifying improvements to the existing industrial system and setup across the Kinston plant as well as some external resource Management. The role will also be expected to promote an environment where continuous improvement is recognised and implemented throughout the Kinston site.…
