The Director, Software Engineering leads the Legal Engineering delivery pillar within our Legal, Privacy & Compliance Engineering organization. You will lead the engineering team that build, integrate, and operate the technology powering our Legal department including, spanning contract lifecycle management, legal document management, eDiscovery and legal hold, intellectual property management, eBilling, and a growing portfolio of AI agentic workflows. This is a build-and-lead role: you will own a portfolio that blends enterprise SaaS platforms with bespoke software and lead the engineering of the interoperability layer and differentiated custom applications that make the whole ecosystem greater than its parts.…
