About the Role Chime is looking for Senior Staff and Staff Engineers to lead our high impact member Trust and Safety group. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the vision for one of Chime’s foundational pillars. The Trust and Safety organization is tasked with fueling sustainable growth, protecting our members, and reducing fraud losses and operational costs. You will provide technical and architectural guidance to multiple teams crafting industry defining solutions. These teams are responsible for providing scalable, extensible frameworks to create smooth and streamlined risk experiences across every checkpoint of a member’s experience at Chime. You will work function-wide across Chime’s engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver Trust and Safety’s vision.…
