Position Summary The New Product Development Engineer supports the development, qualification, and commercialization of innovative wire and cable products. Working across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, Procurement, and Commercial teams, this role leads and supports product design, prototype development, laboratory testing, certification activities, manufacturing trials, and continuous product improvement. The position combines hands-on engineering work with data analysis, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver products that meet performance, regulatory, manufacturability, and cost objectives.
