*Do not apply to fixed term and temporary roles YOUR MISSION As a Staff Software Engineer on the Digital Engineering team, you will be the senior technical hand building the in-house software behind our digital thread — full-stack applications that become our systems of record for product, manufacturing, and operations data, and the services and integrations that connect them across the product lifecycle. You will set technical direction alongside the principal engineer, architect for scale, reliability, and security, and raise the engineering bar for a growing team while staying deep in the code. The work goes well beyond connecting tools. Integrations bridge the off-the-shelf systems we run today; the larger job is building the software that takes their place.…
