About this job

The Lead Development Engineer will lead product development activities from concept through commercial release, including new product introductions, sustaining engineering, and line extensions for bioprocessing equipment. As part of the R&D team, this role independently develops technical solutions, leads engineering workstreams, and collaborates across functions to deliver safe, reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective products. This position reports to the Principal Hardware Engineer and is part of the R&D team based in Marlborough, MA, with occasional work in Shrewsbury, MA. This is an on-site role. What you will do: Lead the design, development, and refinement of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems to meet performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability goals.…
