Shift: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM (overtime and weekend as needed) Salary: $64,500 (non negotiable) Responsibilities: Perform needs analysis through relationships with local leadership, stakeholders, and staff to identify training needs. Plan, implement, and evaluate learning interventions to achieve business objectives Create engaging and challenging courseware and training materials. Implement appropriate solutions for a variety of mediums, including classroom facilitation and online delivery, in a timely manner. Coordinate and/or assist in various training activities within the facility (e.g., apprentice programs, manufacturing training, safety compliance, orientation programs, job knowledge, and leadership development).…
