Senior Lead Software Engineer

Responsible for supporting and implementing enterprise-wide platform changes. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and cross-functional teams to assess business requirements' impact on Hilton Worldwide's technology, identifying risks and mitigation strategies. Provide guidance and technical leadership on software development teams by referencing and enforcing standard methodology and approach. Lead project delivery and oversee software engineering across multiple platforms. Lead internal and external partners in strategy, project initiation, requirements analysis, design, management, and systems integration. Coordinate with internal IT groups to integrate solution components, manage scope, cost, and timelines, and assess architectural implications. Supervise one (1) direct report.…
