The Brokerage Infrastructure team owns our platform — Robinhood's tier zero, mission-critical service responsible for all order processing, account management, and platform availability during the moments that matter most. Our systems handle millions of transactions per second across high-volume market events, and our reliability is non-negotiable! We are a team of 10+ engineers, with a culture of deep ownership, engineering rigor, and relentless focus on correctness and scale. We're looking for a Staff Level Engineer to step into a high-visibility leadership role at a pivotal moment for the platform.
