As a Senior Engineer on the Collaboration team, you will design and build the services that let creators work together, and increasingly, that let AI agents work alongside them. One of the areas is our flagship Team Create product, which enables creators to collaborate in real time with friends and coworkers. Just as important is the Creation Platform underneath it: the APIs and services that power external agents through MCP, along with Build on Roblox and other agentic products. You will be solving problems in scale, architecture, and design to build software that supports larger and better collaboration between teams of developers, artists, and the agents they bring into the loop.…
