We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our growing technology team at Individual Marketplace (a LOB inside the HWC segment of WTW). This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while leveraging AI-native strategies, tools and practices to improve delivery efficiency/speed, code quality, and outcome. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Java-based ecosystems combined with experience in modern engineering practices, DevOps, and AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar solutions). You will collaborate with global teams to deliver robust digital solutions that support WTW’s business objectives.
