Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to join our Corporate Finance Team in New York! We’re looking for someone with an interest in capital markets, financial analysis, financial technology, and strategy to join our team. You will work closely with teams across HRT to analyze business opportunities, improve processes, and also interact with external parties. A core component of this role involves HRT Ventures, the private investment arm of HRT, which focuses on deploying long-duration capital into privately held technology & finance companies. This is a broad, high-impact role for someone who wants to dedicate their time to venture investing while also contributing to the firm's strategic finance efforts.…
