OVERVIEW We are seeking a Software Engineer, Performance Engineering to join a team focused on improving the speed, scalability, and reliability of our web and mobile platforms. This is a fully hands-on technical role responsible for designing, executing, and scaling performance engineering practices across frontend and backend systems.You will work closely with digital, application, platform, and data teams to identify performance bottlenecks, implement measurable improvements, and embed performance best practices into development workflows.
