The Real Estate Development Project Manager is responsible for managing the Due Diligence, Design, and Permitting phases for new Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and Brakes Plus locations. This position oversees multiple commercial development projects simultaneously, ensuring each location progresses efficiently from real estate contract execution through the start of construction. Primary Responsibilities Manage assigned commercial development projects from contract execution through construction handoff. Review real estate contracts and leases to identify project timelines, contingencies, and development constraints. Coordinate Phase I & II Environmental Assessments, geotechnical investigations, ALTA surveys, and other due diligence activities.…
