The Specialist II, Learning and Development will perform routine new hire onboarding in support of the Strategic Sales team. This role will also play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and performance of our sales team through the delivery of comprehensive training programs. In this role you will: Facilitate the training of new Sales representatives on sales techniques, standard operating procedures, sales specific technology, and customer service best practices.
