About the Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our R&D team at Commure, the team taking emerging technology from inception to impact. We scout new capabilities — a frontier LLM that can chain tool calls, browser agents that can navigate the web, new agent harnesses that can self improve — and figure out how to productionize them for healthcare. Our job is the full arc: research the technology, productize it, deliver it to customers, and own it as a P&L until it graduates. Graduation has taken the following shapes in the past: - Embedded into an existing product — e.g., the AI Copilot in our practice management suite. - Becomes its own product — e.g., Air, the EHR.…
