The Opportunity Zoox's mission is to build a purpose-built robotaxi that gives the world a better way to ride. Every line of that autonomous driving software has to be compiled, tested, and validated reliably at scale before it ever reaches the road. You'll join the team that owns the build infrastructure making that possible: maintaining and evolving our Bazel-based build system in a large, multi-language monorepo used by hundreds of engineers. As a key contributor, you will take ownership of the build ecosystem supporting our rapidly expanding, safety-critical autonomous vehicle software. This role entails configuring and upgrading compilers, profiling and optimizing build pipelines, and serving as the primary expert for all build-related inquiries.…
