About You and The Role As a Staff Software Engineer on the Nest Applications team, you will shape the customer experience of the software used to order, track, and manage healthcare deliveries. You will help us build customer-facing products that are clear, trustworthy, and easy to use—even when customers are not readily available for day-to-day feedback. This is a hands-on full-stack role for an engineer with exceptional customer obsession, strong product instincts, and a high bar for UX. You will continually push the team beyond a merely functional experience, deeply considering what matters most to end users, simplifying workflows, reducing unnecessary elements, and refining details until the product feels intuitive and genuinely enjoyable to use.…
