The Staff Development Engineer is responsible for leading complex medical device development and manufacturing initiatives from concept through sustaining. The role solves advanced technical challenges, leads cross-functional projects, and recommends best practices that improve products, processes, and services. This position reports to the Director, Engineering and is part of the Engineering team located in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be an on-site role.
