The Senior Development Engineer is responsible for leading medical device development from concept through sustaining, solving complex engineering problems, and improving products and processes. The role collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional partners, leads small projects, and provides technical guidance to less experienced colleagues. This position reports to the Director, Engineering and is part of the Engineering team located in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be an on-site role.
