What you'll do... · Lead Hypoid gear Design and Release activities for current and future axle applications · Lead Differential Assembly Design and Release activities for current and future axle applications · Including leading design and responsibility for all components within the differential assembly · Support Sterling Axle Plant on current model axle hypoids and differentials · Own ring gear to differential joint (bolted or laser welded) · Own eLocker differentials and components · Create and maintain FMA Documents · Create and complete DVP’s · Run analytical and physical testing, including failure analysis and root cause investigation as needed · Lead component or subsystem team meetings with systems, manufacturing, STA and other component engineers · Lead ‘Team of 4’ cross…
