The HVAC Project Developer leads front-end project development by evaluating customer facility needs, conducting facility and project opportunity assessments, and developing strategic solutions tailored to customer objectives. This role advances opportunities through the development phase by partnering closely with Pre-Construction, Estimating, Project Management, and external partners to create scope, support contract development, and position projects for successful execution.
