Job Description Summary The Lead Magnet Development Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing MRI magnet assembly processes that support new product introductions and existing product improvements. This role serves as a key bridge between engineering design and manufacturing execution, ensuring MRI magnet designs are successfully translated into safe, reliable, manufacturable, and cost-effective products. The engineer will lead assembly process development, tooling design, manufacturing readiness activities, product validation, and production support efforts across the MRI magnet product lifecycle.
