Manager, Software Engineering (Product) The Tooling team builds the customer-facing platform tooling that defines how millions of users experience Gemini — onboarding, compliance, customer support, and the ad hoc projects that keep the customer journey smooth from first touch onward. In this role, you'll lead a team of engineers working across backend, web, and mobile: helping them define roadmaps, plans, and goals, helping them achieve those goals, and guiding each team member to grow their career at Gemini. You'll involve yourself deeply in design and modernization, and use your experience building cloud systems at scale to guide the team toward robust, scalable, highly available systems that serve customers reliably.
