This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of four days per week in our Boston office. What You'll Do Design and develop cloud-based voice infrastructure handling SIP routing, call state management, and redundancy for emergency 911 systems Build and maintain integrations with telephony providers, PSAPs, and external partners, ensuring end-to-end call reliability in production environments Drive major features and architectural evolution of the voice platform Collaborate closely with operations, networking, and engineering teams to ensure system visibility, reliability, and alignment on infrastructure changes Participate in on-call rotations or incident response for production voice infrastructure, given the zero-failure requirement of the system What Makes You a Great Fit Deep experience…
