About the role HelloFresh is searching for an action-oriented servant leader for our warehouse management system (WMS) Product Design and Software Engineering functions. This leader owns the full software delivery lifecycle for HelloFresh's global warehouse fulfillment and inventory control domain — from architecture and product design through engineering execution, quality assurance, and operational reliability. You will drive a culture of product & engineering excellence, leveraging modern agentic tooling and AI-assisted workflows to increase team velocity, reduce defect escape rates, and accelerate deployment confidence.
