Global Security Investigator - Associate

The VCAT (Vulnerable Client Alert Team) Associate Investigator supports VP Investigators within the Vulnerable Adult Investigations (VAI) team by conducting high-volume, routine investigations involving scams, elder/vulnerable adult financial exploitation, subpoena-related matters, and IC3 complaint submissions. The role focuses on cases that do not require customer outreach, key responsibilities include reviewing accounts and transactions, identifying and remediating risk, documenting cases to meet SLAs, preparing and filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) when warranted, completing required regulatory reporting/assessments, and escalating matters to VP Investigators as appropriate.…
