The Workday Reporting & Security Product Owner leads the strategy, governance, and delivery of HR reporting and security solutions across Workday. This role owns reporting capabilities and the Workday security framework to ensure accurate insights, appropriate access, strong governance, and alignment with business, compliance, and operational needs. This role reports directly to the Global HR Technology Operations Leader, and leads a global team to deliver Workday security governance and framework, Workday analytics, standard and custom reports/dashboards on various topics, to meet evolving business needs, enable data-driven decision-making and maximize the value of Workday.…
