ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and dynamic leader to serve as the Deputy Director of Industrial Security. In this critical leadership role, you will assist with overseeing the strategic direction and operational execution of our enterprise-wide industrial security program. You will lead a large, geographically dispersed security team across the United States, including Regional Facility Security Officers (RFSOs), site-level Facility Security Officers (FSOs), and a centralized Personnel Security (PERSEC) team. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience as an FSO, deep subject matter expertise in 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) Must be able to work within a collaborative team environment and take independent action, analyze problems, and provide security…
