The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of guests, employees, and company property and assets through vigilant monitoring, rapid response to incidents, and adherence to established security protocols. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: Conduct regular patrols throughout hotel, casino, and outdoor areas to identify potential disturbances, illegal activity, or safety hazards, and implement appropriate corrective measures in accordance with company policy. Execute patrol duties utilizing multiple methods, including foot patrols, company-provided bicycles, and vehicles, to ensure comprehensive coverage of all designated areas. Respond promptly to emergency situations in full compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and departmental procedures.…
