The Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and professional operation of the Security Department during assigned shifts, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and company property. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Supervise and instruct security team members on proper job performance and adherence to departmental protocols to maintain optimal safety and security standards. Conduct pre-shift briefings to inform staff of scheduled events, potential security concerns, and operational priorities. Establish and maintain shift schedules while delegating work assignments based on operational needs and staff capabilities. Review, evaluate, and approve all incident reports and documentation prepared during the shift for accuracy and completeness.…
