Director, Global Commercial Operations Location: New York, NY Your Role The Director, Investment Committee Governance & Operations owns and continuously improves Digital Realty's global Investment Committee (IC) operating model, governance framework, and decision-support processes. The role serves as the steward of the Company's investment approval process, ensuring opportunities progress efficiently from intake through decision, documentation, implementation, and performance tracking. The Director manages the weekly Investment Committee process, maintains the Company's system of record for investment approvals, and ensures investment opportunities are presented in a clear, consistent, and decision-ready manner.…
