About the Role Abnormal AI is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to work our day-to-day Salesforce administrative ticket queue and backlog. You'll take ownership of tickets in the queue — scoping the work, shipping fast declarative fixes, and clearing backlog — while supporting cross-functional teams like Marketing Operations along the way. This is an administration-focused role. You'll work within Salesforce's declarative tools — Flow, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets — rather than writing code, and you'll partner closely with our broader systems and Marketing Operations teams to prioritize backlog and escalate anything that needs deeper platform or security expertise.…
