In this role, you will design, launch, and continuously refine the onboarding experience for every new hire within a Lucid service center—whether they are Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, Service Managers, or support staff. Your mission is to ensure that every new team member receives the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise from day one.
