Scopely is seeking an experienced, business-minded Counsel, Commercial to join our legal team in Culver City, CA. This is an individual-contributor role for a lawyer who thrives in fast-moving environments, exercises strong judgment, and approaches legal work as a strategic business partner, building trusted, lasting relationships across the business. What You Will Do Commercial Contracting & Advisory Serve as lead attorney on a broad range of commercial matters across Scopely's business teams and games: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements including AI/automation/SaaS and software licensing, DPAs, marketing/influencer/sponsorship deals, vendor and procurement contracts, NDAs, and adtech/UA IO agreements Be the attorney business teams want to call as a trusted ally, engage…
