We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Lead Production Operator to join our Insulation Greer, SC Team. **Responsibilities:** Operate assigned production station and all manufacturing equipment daily, performing production tasks and serving as backup to supervisor as needed. Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets while maintaining shop 5S standards. Monitor production schedules and verify output meets established quality standards and customer requirements. Assist in equipment setup, changeovers, startup, and shutdown procedures. Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with quality specifications and work instructions.…
