Neuberger's Private Markets group is seeking an IBOR / OMS Lead to architect and deliver the firm's investment book of record and order management capabilities across private equity, private debt, secondaries, co-investments, and capital solutions strategies to create a real-time view of positions, transactions, and orders across a complex multi-administrator, multi-jurisdiction environment. The successful candidate will lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of the IBOR/OMS solution — whether a vendor platform, a build, or a hybrid approach — and will partner closely with portfolio management, operations, fund administration, and technology to ensure the platform supports the unique workflows of private markets, including capital calls, distributions, commitments, drawdowns,…
