The Traveling Operations Specialist is a field-based operations role that provides hands-on support where the LV Collective portfolio needs it most. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this person steps into temporary property vacancies, supports acquisitions and management takeovers, reinforces LV operating standards, and helps on-site teams move from plan to execution. Assignments may require travel to a community for three to four weeks at a time. This role is built for an experienced property manager who is comfortable working in the details, solving problems in real time, and leaving each property stronger than they found it.…
