Reporting directly to the property’s Executive Chef, this leader will oversee a Food & Beverage Manager, three Captains, and 60 Team Members. The ideal candidate brings prior Assistant Director experience at a high-volume hotel or previous Director of Banquets experience, along with a hands-on leadership style and a passion for training, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
